Mid morning departure from local pickups to travel to our first overnight close to Dover which will include an evening meal.

This morning we have an early departure from the hotel to travel to Dover for our ferry crossing to Calais. On arrival in Calais we continue on to our overnight hotel in France on a bed and breakfast basis.

After breakfast we continue our journey through the French Countryside and over the border into Spain, arriving in Tossa De Mar for our 7 night stay.

Today we have a day at leisure to explore Tossa de Mar or enjoy the facilities at the hotel which include a lovely outdoor pool.

In Tossa de Mar, you can explore the unique medieval walled town of Vila Vella which features the Castillo de Tossa de Mar and has beautiful panoramic views of the resort.

Why not visit one of the town's gorgeous beaches like Platja Gran or discover a secluded cove such as Cala Pola or Cala Giverola which are ideal for swimming or snorkelling.

Today we travel to the seaside resort of Calella which offers a mix of beautiful sandy beaches, shopping opportunities and an old quarter with amny hostoric buildings.

Today is another day at leisure .

Make use of the hotel swimming pool and sun loungers or why not take a boat trip from Platja Gran to explore nearby caves and hidden beaches along the coast. If you're feeling particularly active why not go for a walk along a section of the scenic coastal path, which has beautiful views and take in the natural landscape.

Today we travel inland firstly to the medieval town of Besalu, a hidden gem with cobbled streets and ancient facades.

After, we then continue to historic Girona with its Roman walled old quarter which is dominated by the 11th century cathedral.

Today we have an early start for our journey to the lovely city of Barcelona.

Famous for its Las Ramblas promenade, a perfect palce to relax or maybe stroll among the alleyways with its many tapas bars.

You may wish to take one of the sightseeing buses to enjoy more of the city and stop off at the most beautiful and spectacular Sagrada Familia church designed by Spains most famous architect Antoni Gaudi or take a tour around Park Guell, a whimsical park with unique mosaics and stunning city views. 

Today is another day at leisure in this beautiful resort.

Sadly we leave Tossa de Mar after breakfast and travel north into France for our last overnight stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

After breakfast we leave the hotel and travel to Calais for our crossing to Dover and continue our journey home.
