Important Notes for Day Excursions
* Tickets - Every passenger must possess an authorised booking confirmation WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN PAID FOR IN ADVANCE OF TRAVEL.
* Route Change - The Company may change Excursion or tour routes or itineraries, but not the general destination or purpose without notice.
* Cancellation By Company - We reserve the right to cancel any excursion due to events beyond our control or those with very low passenger numbers.
* Cancellations by Customer - If you wish to cancel the Company is under no obligation to make a refund or exchange. Day trips that include paid attractions such as train/boat journeys, meals and museums etc cannot be refunded as these are paid for on booking. Passengers names on bookings can however be changed subject to a £10 admin charge for person.
* Fares - Please note prices are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change in the event of an increase in fuel prices or entrance fees. The fares shown are for Adults (aged 14 and above). Some
tours may offer a child reduction.
* Seating on Coach - Seating plans on our coaches vary, however we will make every attempt to allocate your preferred seat.
