There are several reasons why obtaining travel insurance, even for UK based travel can be beneficial.

Cancellation/Curtailment

Regardless of planning, unforeseen circumstances might require cancelling or shortening a trip, such as a sudden illness or family emergency. Without travel insurance, non-refundable costs may not be recovered.

Medical Expenses

While NHS services are available across the UK, there can be situations where travel insurance offers additional support. For example, private ambulance transport or repatriation to your home following an accident or illness could incur significant costs without the appropriate cover.

* Name of operator

* EU/UK Travel

* Flight or Cruise or Coach

* The names of travellers

* DOB of travellers

* Destination

* Departure and Return date
