DAY 2

We travel to Hastings to visit the Great British Tea Museum where we have an introduction to the Social History of Tea in Britain.

There will also be a Tea etiquette and tea pouring demonstration.

We have also included a Cream Tea after the demonstration.

Afterwards we have free time in Hastings.

DAY 3

We travel first to the charming village of Alfriston with it's 14th Century clergy house.

Afterwards we visit the lovely town of Lewes on the edge of the South Downs.

DAY 4

Day off in Eastbourne.

Eastbourne is the gateway to the South Downs National Park, ideally located at the start of the historic 101 mile South Downs Way. There’s no better place to enjoy the sunniest place in the UK than Eastbourne Seafront, stretching out over 3 miles.

Enjoy dramatic views over the English Channel from the UK's highest chalk cliff, Beachy Head.  Why not visit the brand new Beachy Head story exhibition, with tales of history and smugglers past.  A must visit is also to the Grade II listed, Victorian Pier and definitely check out Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne’s marina to watch the yachts glide past.

DAY 5

We leave the hotel after breakfast to travel home.
