After pickups we travel to Torquay for our stay at the Belgrave Sands Hotel.

We travel to visit the Otter Sanctuary & Buckfast Butterflies run by a small dedicated team. You can enjoy and learn about the tropical butterflies in the specially designed habitat of which you become part. In the Otter Sanctuary there are three species of otter to see. The keeper is on hand to explain all about the otters to visitors, some are here for breeding, some for retirement, some just for fun and some because they are unsuitable to be returned to the wild.

Afternoon visit to Buckfastleigh on the return to the hotel.

Today we visit the lovely Devon town of Newton Abbot.

Visitors can explore a new Town and GWR Museum and many historic properties. The town also offers a vibrant shopping and cafe culture. 

Day off to spend at leisure in Torquay.

Why not do a spot of shopping, visit the harbour and beach or maybe take a ride on the open top bus.

We leave the hotel after breakfast to travel home.
