DAY 1


After pickups we travel to Dover for our sailing to Calais.

On arrival we continue the journey to our overnight hotel in France or Belgium.

DAY 2


We leave our overnight hotel and travel to Boppard for our stay at the Bellevue Hotel.

Before arriving in Boppard there will be a stop in the lovely German town of Koblenz.

DAY 3


Today we visit Cochem. This delightful town is full of half timbered buildings that are so evocative of small German towns. It is lovely to walk among them, along the windy streets, past the church and up the hill to the castle.

It is set in a scenic position on the Moselle river.

DAY 4


This morning we board the ferry across the Rhine from St. Goar to St. Goarhausen passing fairy tale Castles along the way to the delightful resort of Rudesheim.

Take in the lively Drosselgasse full of life day and night, world renowned as the prettiest street in Europe, enjoy free time in this charming resort.

We have included a visit to the Siegfried's Mechanical Music museum in Rudesheim to see and hear some remarkable musical instruments.

DAY 5


Day off to explore Boppard at your leisure.

In Boppard, you can explore a historic Old Town with half-timbered, medieval buildings, visit the late Romanesque Church of St. Severus with its ancient baptismal font from around 500 AD, and see preserved sections of the town's ancient fortifications, including the Abatore town gate and the Chrontor (Crown Gate), which was part of both Roman and medieval defenses. 
 
The town also offers wine tasting at local vineyards like Weingut Didinger and Weingut Engels-Weile and scenic hiking trails.

DAY 6


We leave the hotel to travel back to Calais for our short ferry crossing to Dover.

On arrival in Dover, we continue the journey home.
