ITINERARY


DAY 1: After pick ups we travel to Fort William with comfort stops on the way.

DAY 2:
We leave the hotel and travel along the east side of Loch Ness to Inverness where there will be free time.
Our return will take us along the West side of Loch Ness stopping at the Clansman Marina for a cruise, on this famous loch. Disembark at Urquhart Castle for our visit.

DAY 3:
We travel the short distance to Fort William for free time.

Afternoon visit to Neptunes Staircase a series of loch gates rising 62 feet from the loch to the Caledonian Canal. Next we visit the Commando Monument where commandos trained during WW2.

DAY 4:
We board the train this morning from Fort William to Mallaig (not steam) through Highland glens and over the 21 arched Glenfinnan Viaduct.

In Mallaig we re-join the coach for the ferry over the sea to the beautiful Isle of Skye.
Here we visit Armadale Castle, historic gardens and Museum of the Isles.
We return back by ferry to Mallaig stopping at the Bonnie Prince Charlie's monument.

DAY5:
After breakfast we leave the hotel to travel home.
