CARDIFF WELSH WELCOME - 2021

DAY1:
After local pick ups this morning, we make our way to Wales and call at the historic market town of Chepstow.
We then continue to Cardiff and the Angel Hotel for your Welsh Welcome! You will be served with tea/coffee and Welsh cake on arrival.

DAY 2:
After breakfast we join the coach and head to Swansea.
Swansea has it all with great shopping, a wonderful coastal location, Swansea Castle and plenty of restaurants and bars for a spot of lunch.

Afterwards we visit the Royal Mint to follow the journey of a coin from a blank to a bank in a 45 minute guided factory tour followed by a self guided exhibition.  You will even have the opportunity to strike your own coin.

DAY 3:
After breakfast we meet our guide for a pit to port guided tour via the Rhondda Valley. It shows where the wealth of cities like Cardiff came from.

We return over the Rhigas Pass and into Brecon around lunchtime.  Freetime in Brecon.

DAY 4:
Breakfast and then you have the day at leisure. The hotel is perfectly situated for you to take advantage of the many attractions and sights in the city.

An early dinner at 5.30pm this evening and then the chance to watch The Cardiff Arms Park Male Voice Choir rehearse (subject to availability).

DAY 5:
Our final breakfast this morning before we depart for our return journey.
